Delivery Information

When will my order arrive?
Our processing times are 1-2 days working days. The delivery time depends on option chosen at checkout. For further information, please refer to our delivery information here

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we can only ship to the UK. 

How can I track my order?
Upon receiving your shipping confirmation email, you can track the status of your order. Please check your junk email if you haven't received anything in your inbox.

Can I change the address on my order?
If you need to change the address on your order please let us know within 6 hours of your order. If the order has already been fulfilled and shipped then we are unfortunately unable to make any changes.

 

Returns

Returns Policy
If you find an item isn't right for you, Favoured London can accept unworn pieces in the same condition they were sold in, within 14 days of purchase. Please note we're only able to take responsibility for an item once it is back in our care, so we would advise getting a tracking number and proof of postage.

My item is faulty
