Hire Policy
HOW IT WORKS
Select your Favoured London product and hire duration. Favoured London will charge you the rental amount plus the deposit. Your rental begins on the day your products arrive.
Once your rental is complete, please return your product(s) to Favoured London in the original packaging, on or before the final day of rental.
The customer is responsible for paying for the return of their items via Royal Mail Tracked 24, and will not receive their deposit back if the rental exceeds the agreed timeframe.
We will check the returned product and providing there are no issues highlighted below, your deposit will be refunded to you.
Please note Favoured London rental is currently only available within Great Britain.
Deposit Terms and Conditions
Deposit covers damage, loss (including, but not limited to, the postage process when returning the item) or theft including accidental minor damage (such as, but not limited to, a rip or small stain) so you can rent stress free!
